Today, in our society (yours and mine), it appears as though there’s a pill for everything. Between the pharmaceutical companies, the FDA (The Food and Drug Adminstration) and the AMA (The American Medical Association), if you’re constipated, take a pill! If you can’t sleep, take a pill! If you have problems putting on your shoes, take a pill! If you wake up in the morning and think you’re a monkey, take a pill and it will all be better in the morning. Now, mind you, the same pill you’re taking to work on one of these symptoms, is the same pill creating a full blown war on the rest of your body. So, the underlining assumption is that if you’re dead, who cares about that ole pesky insomnia, or that five year old ‘gunk’ rotting in your stomach?

This kind of thinking is in direct contrast to those who believe and live in the world of original medicine. Some people call original medicine, ‘alternative medicine’. The truth is, that it’s not ‘alternative’, it is ‘original medicine’. It’s what original physicians have been using since the beginning of time. In very simple terms, original medicine states that if you create balance in your life, eat highly nutritional foods, lower stress levels to a minimum, use conscious and subconscious thinking correctly, drink pure water, and exercise regularly, you’ll minimize or eliminate any possible ‘creatures of disease and chaos’ on your health. What’s been interjected into our current program in contemporary times, is fast food, soda, extreme sugar, extreme stress, preservatives, and a host of other ‘creations’ that literally keep us sick!

Original medicine states the only pills you may need to boost a good diet and good health habits, are natural, non-poisonous herbs, which, are packed with a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals. Herbs nourish, feed, and heal the body. This is our Universal medicine that has been left for us, even farther back than the people who ate the apple. What I want to know is “What was wrong with eating the natural fruit?”

Original medicine focuses on natural healing, which is the way the body was intended to heal. Regular exercise ensures proper circulation. Eight full glasses of pure, clean water keeps the body flushed, clean, and in perfect working order. Highly, nutritious food keeps the body at the top of its’ nutritional game. In addition to these physical aspects, the ‘whole body healing community’ states the mind should also be clear, bright and focused, with little to no stress. On top of all that, people should be happy and content with their lives.

Not one physician or scientist (advocating original health from the beginning of time) ever recommended drugs for healing. These days, someone is trying to make the public believe that natural herbs (grown in a garden) are the same thing as drugs (created in a lab). This is not only inaccurate and ‘dead wrong’, but far from the truth. The only reason anyone would want you to think that herbs are drugs is to simply confuse you, or to lead you to believe that they’re similar (and just as dangerous as drugs). This too, is far from the truth. Herbs are ‘concentrated food sources’. They are powerful because of their vitamin and mineral content. Drugs, on the other hand, are chemically made substances that can change behavior to be unnatural or radical. Whether they’re street drugs or drugstore drugs, both can be very addictive, and even though, some of these chemical substances are designed to treat disease, they are not without serious ‘negative’ affects on the body. Why settle for negative side affects when you don’t have to?

Does this mean that you can run to your medicine cabinet and throw out all your pills? Of course not! Because you don’t know enough about original medicine, holistic medicine, and all the other areas of whole body healing to do that in a safe, effective way. However, what you can do is…get informed! Become knowledgeable! Stop letting wolves in sheep’s clothing pull the wool over your eyes! If you decide to throw away your pills before getting informed or before contacting a holistic professional, that’s solely your decision. I’m not recommending that you make such a decision, without complete and total professional direction.

Contact some qualified professionals in the areas of Acupuncture, herbal distribution, hypnotherapy, yoga, Reiki, therapeutic massage, and others who can start you on a path toward healing your whole body, instead of just treating your symptoms. You can also begin researching the Internet for ‘original medicinal teachings’ and find out how and why people used ‘original medicine’ for centuries, unlike treatments of today. Study the body’s anatomy and find out what makes it work. Every time, within your search, you will discover that from the beginning of time, most cultures only used simple, natural, down-to-earth substances to facilitate total healing. An excellent book called ‘Natural Cures’ What They Don’t Want You To Know by Kevin Trudeau, should be in everyone’s library. It gives an authentic, up-to-date account of what’s really going on with pharmacies and conventional medicine.

What a lot of people don’t know, is that the pills you get from a pharmacy and (recommended by a doctor) are created in a laboratory (so that the company) can charge you a phenomenal amount of money to use them. The laboratory version always has minor or major side effects. Herbs are fairly inexpensive, so pharmacists create expensive drugs, allowing them the privilege of putting their patents on them. Street drugs are only illegal because the Big-Time dealers (the drug companies) don’t make any money on poor people buying drugs on the street. Laws establishing ‘illegality’ for purchasing street drugs, has absolutely nothing to do with protecting your health. If you believe these laws are for your protection, you simply don’t understand how ‘the multi-billion-trillion dollar’ drug business works and the extent companies will go, to protect their drug profits and keep their shareholders.

If you’re one of the modern day pill poppers, simply know this, that there is a natural equivalent to every drug on the market today, and that many, many people have been cured from every disease imaginable throughout the world. Cancer can be healed. Liver disease can be healed. Aids can be healed. You just have to go to a different source…sources that don’t get rich off of keeping you sick. The Universal creation didn’t produce an entire universe without giving us everything we need (by natural means) to insure our perfect health. Greed, and greed alone, attempts to keep this knowledge hidden (and suppressed) from you. But if you’re serious about your health, and serious about living a long, quality life, nothing, and I mean nothing, can hold you back. And the fact that you’re reading this column, shows you’ve already begun to ‘plant the seed’ for a whole new world of incredible change…with real pills, real food and the actual mindset that creates healing.

                   Are you ready to unlock the secrets to a 4000 year old medical system, that has the potential to wipe off the term “disease” from the face of planet earth?

This is your chance to finally get your hands on that one secret medical marvel that you were eagerly waiting for.

The modern medical systems are losing their glory. Because of the noxious negative effects, that the present day medical systems are inflicting on your health, we are presently witnessing a gradual fade in your health and life span.

The splendor of these medical systems that was once considered a boon, is almost lost today. The dreadful situation of relying on these killing medications alone as the last and only hope has soared up so high. This infact is starting to create a new pattern, that may prove lethal even for our future generations. We have to stop this Immediately, and there is an urgent need, for an All Natural Alternative Medical System to rely on.

What if you turned the tables and uncovered a secret alternative medical system that has so much goodness than whatever medical systems you have ever witnessed? A medical system that has the potential to bestow immortality! A medical system that has the potential to cure even the incurable diseases. A medical system that has the potential to reverse your ageing and bring back your youth naturally. A secret medical system that can promise you at least 100 years of a healthy and happy life.

The key to your Ultimate Health & Happiness,
Served on a Golden platter

That secret medical system is Siddha Medicine.

It’s a supreme alternative medicine system with its origin dating back to 2000BC, meaning, the Oldest Documented Medical System in the entire planet.

And this is for the very first time in the whole internet history that the very first ebooks on Siddha is about to be released for the sake of the whole world, with this very WSO.

by Barry Goss
During my conversation with Joe Vitale, I brought up the research about a Doctor at the University of California who drew attention to a strange fact about the human mind.

This Doctor has verifiable research evidence that there is no fixed self inside a person. Meaning, contrary to what it seems, there’s really no permanent sense of YOU that is in charge of thoughts, emotions and actions.

A lot of people (possibly you too?) go thru life deciding to respond to things as if there was a fixed identity inside them calling the shots.

The thing is, while it’s hard for me to articulate it completely here, just know that if you’re willing to go DEEP enough into your own development and growth as a person, you’ll eventually have a NEW perspective on what your life is really all about and that YOU - the person you call ____ [your name] - are not totally in charge of the thoughts you have everyday.

In response to what I said about the research of the Doctor at the University found about the human mind, Joe Vitale responded with…

Joe Vitale - That’s fascinating. I’m glad you brought that up, too, because it gives me a chance to at least mention that we are not our bodies and we are not our emotions and we are not our thoughts. Identifying with any of that, which is what the average person in the world does, is an incredible limitation. That’s when we start to think that there is this fixed I within us. And there isn’t. What there really is a type of … how the Eastern folks call a … witness. But I’ll say it’s spirit.

What there is behind everything, behind what we think Barry is and behind who we think I am, is this spirit. And that can make choices. And this is where what the real power in manifestation comes in because we realize we can make a choice. Now this sometimes scares people. I have gotten feedback from… my book’s been a number one bestseller a couple times and sold out really quick, so a lot of people have the book in their hands. And they’ve been writing to me and a lot of people have been creating their miracles and attracting new things in their lives. But I’m also hearing from people who are terrified of their new power. It’s like we never realized we had the power to create our lives before and now that we do, it’s scary.

And this goes back to me… of course there’s a lot of beliefs that are coming up here and all those beliefs have to be looked at because none of this has to be scary. This is joyful. This is something to celebrate. But what there is the idea that you can make choices and it’s all about making choices. It’s a choice to listen to the thoughts that kind of fly by. Our brain’s just kind of spitting out thoughts. It’s up to us, meaning the spirit within, to act on any of the thoughts coming through. Emotions are coming and going all the time. And our body… geez… the scientists say our body’s changing… what? Completely every seven years. And I’m a guy who lost 70-some pounds in the last eight months. So my body is dramatically changed. (chuckles)

Barry - Congratulations.

Joe - In the last years or so… and thank you for that. So to me, it’s all coming down to what choices do you want to make? Because the choices are stemming from whatever you want to desire, whatever you want to manifest. And it’s all up to you. That, to me, is a celebration, not a scare.

Barry - That is an interesting statement you made about there’s actually people out there that are afraid to be in 100 percent control of their reality. And like you say, maybe it is because we’re so conditioned that there’s a world outside of us kind of maybe pulling the puppet strings. But that’s such a false belief, isn’t it?

Joe - Yes, it is a false belief. And most people find that it’s easier to point the finger out. That way we’ve got somebody to blame. It’s so much easier to blame than to take responsibility. I mean isn’t it? Instead of saying that I’m responsible for how much I weight, it’s a result of the world. It’s a result of the TV commercials. It’s a result of my genes. It’s a result of the economy. It’s a result of my not handling stress. It’s so much easier to point the finger out than to look within and say okay, wait a minute. I created everything. Everything!

MenoPause

Menopause is a natural life process for women. It usually occurs in your early or mid-forties, and, unfortunately, it is accompanied by a number of symptoms that can be quite concerning to most women. Some women experience very few changes during this time, while others report noticeable symptoms. The more you know about menopause, the better prepared you will be to manage any menopause-related problems that might come your way.

These symptoms can be an indication of menopause:

Achy joints - hot flashes - temporary and minor decrease in the ability to concentrate or recall - changes in sexual desire - extreme sweating - headaches - frequent urination - early wakening - vaginal dryness - mood changes - insomnia - night sweats - conditions commonly associated with PMS ….

Also, increased allergies, rapid heart beats, breast soreness, tenderness, sudden weight gain, hair loss, electric shock sensation, in body or head, osteoporosis, fatigues….

One of the first symptoms most women see in menopause is irregular or missed periods. When menopause starts to occur, the estrogen and progesterone levels, stimulated by the ovaries, are seriously decreased. This means that the ovaries no longer get the signal to release the egg, which means that a woman will often notice a disruption in her normal monthly cycle.

Another common symptom of menopause is a hot flash. More than seventy five percent of women who go through menopause experience hot flashes, in varying degrees of severity. This makes a woman feel flush. For example, she can be standing in a room that is only seventy degrees, but she will overwhelmingly feel as if someone has turned the temperature up to ninety degrees. In the very next moment, though, she may feel as if the room is only forty degrees, and she is suddenly shivering. These hot flashes can be accompanied by other symptoms like dizziness, heart palpitations, or faintness. Most hot flashes last up to ten minutes, but not all women experience them to that terrible degree. Some women simply acknowledge them and move on. Poor diet and stress levels in the woman’s body have been shown to have a negative effect on the entire process. Most women will experience this symptom for five to six years, though some women have them for the ten to twenty years prior and following menopause.

Hot flashes typically lead to another common symptom of menopause, insomnia. Because hot flashes can occur both during the day and through the night, many women will find that they wake up drenched in their own sweat. Often they must get up to change their clothes and their sheets to escape the level of sweat that the body has produced. If a woman is a light sleeper anyway, and most are after they have children, it can be impossible for her to fall asleep again. Interestingly enough, though, night sweats aren’t the only thing that cause these sleep disturbances. The hormone levels in the blood also have an effect on the quality of a woman’s sleep. Fixing these hormone levels naturally can sometimes eliminate sleep difficulties.

With proper diagnosis, prevention and treatments, there are no restrictions on what people with asthma and allergies can do in life. With proper management and education, people dealing with Asthma and Allergies can control the diseases and can live healthy, productive and normal active lives!

Asthma is a disease of the lungs where the airways become blocked or narrowed causing difficulties in breathing. These effects are usually temporary, but they cause shortness of breath, breathing trouble, and other symptoms. Asthma is a chronic disease affecting nearly 20 million Americans. Worldwide, asthma prevalence ranges from 1.9 percent to 36.7 percent in various countries, according to the International Study of Asthma and Allergy in Children.

Asthma is commonly divided into two types: allergic or extrinsic asthma and non-allergic or intrinsic asthma. Although asthma can cause severe health problems, treatment can control it and allow a person to live a normal and active life.

Allergic and non-allergic asthma are mainly chronic inflammatory diseases of the airways. This means that people with asthma have inflamed airways which causes two secondary symptoms: (1) The bronchi, the airway branches leading to the lungs, become overly reactive and more sensitive to all kinds of asthma triggers such as allergens, cold and dry air, smoke and viruses. Also, (2) the lungs have difficulty moving air in and out, which is called airflow obstruction. Together, these symptoms cause the tertiary symptoms the coughing, wheezing, tight chest and worse.

Asthma occurs when airways become temporarily blocked or narrowed due to exposure to allergens (”allergic asthma”), irritants, strenuous exercise, anxiety or other triggers. Symptoms include:

* Sudden shortness of breath
* Difficulty breathing
* Tight chest
* Wheezing or coughing

People with asthma have inflamed airways which are super-sensitive to things which do not bother other people and are called “triggers.” Asthma triggers vary from person to person based on whether one has allergic asthma or non-allergic asthma, but some of the most common triggers include:

* Allergens
* Irritants in the air
* Respiratory Infections
* Exercise
* Weather
* Strong Emotions such as fear, anger or excitement
* Certain medications

Asthma episodes do not always occur right after a person is exposed to a trigger. Depending on the type of trigger and how sensitive a person is to it, asthma episodes may be delayed. Each case of asthma is unique just like you.

Asthma doesn’t have to impose any big limits on quality of life. An asthma management plan is important and something developed by you and your physician to help you control your asthma, instead of your asthma controlling you.

There are many things that can be done, including natural treatments, to take control of asthma and its symptoms to minimize any impact on life and activities. Asthma medications may be either inhaled or in pill form and are divided into two types-quick-relief and long-term control such as Native Remedies’ BioVent (long-term control) and BronchoSoothe (quick-relief) which are 100% natural, safe and effective remedies for natural asthma relief and to assist with the management, control and prevention of asthma and can be a part of your asthma management plan.
